Palm Oil
Palm oil is a vegetable oil that is obtained from the fruit’s mesocarp of the Elaeis guineensis palm. This is the second type of oil with higher production volume, after soybean oil. The oil palm’s fruit is red, just as the bottled not refined oil. Crude palm oil is rich in Vitamin A and Vitamin E.
