São Paulo, June 2026 – The Daabon Group, a global leader in the production of organic and sustainable ingredients, announces the completion of the acquisition of 100% of Agropalma's operations in Pará, marking Daabon's entry into Brazil.

With the closing of the transaction, Daabon is now responsible for Agropalma's plantations and forest reserve area, six extraction mills in Tailândia (PA) and the refinery in Belém. These units will retain the Agropalma brand and identity, while the refinery located in Limeira (SP), not included in the purchase, will operate as Indústrias Xhara under APAR Holdings management.

Daabon operates across four continents and focuses on integrated and responsible management of agricultural ecosystems. Founded in 1914, the company brings over a century of experience and significant presence in the palm oil value chain in Latin America, combining sustainable production and fully integrated supply chains.

“The integration of Agropalma into the Daabon Group represents an opportunity to strengthen responsible development of the palm oil sector in Brazil. We bring our expertise in agriculture, industrialization and sustainable development to contribute to stability and growth in the sector.” — Giancarlo Dávila, CEO of Agropalma.

The arrival of Daabon in Brazil initiates a cycle of strategic investments in Pará and reinforces the company's global footprint, contributing to job creation and community partnerships. The company will scale up support programs for smallholder farmers and invest in improving productivity of its own oil palm plantations in Brazil.
