Live Organic! Organic Mountain Launched in Colombia

The Organic Mountain brand, born in Japan in 2002, migrated to Australia in 2007 and was redesigned and relaunched in 2017. The range will now be launched in Colombia, with new raw materials, and tested in the most demanding retail outlets. The brand is aimed at a niche market who seek organic, chemical-free (herbicides and pesticides), sustainable and healthy products as part of a trend for more ecofriendly consumer goods. The brand launch in Colombia is an invitation to our consumers and business partners to contribute to the sustainability of the planet, live organically and be aware of what they consume in their homes. The first product in the range is an everyday use cooking oil designed for stir-frying, deep-frying, baking and/or dressing, and became available at the end of January 2022. It is 100% organic and does not contain any type of genetically modified organisms. Initially, the oil will be sold in the 1L retail presentation, accompanied by the Roundtable of Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) and European Organic certification which give the guarantee and validity of good agricultural practices around sustainability and organic integrity. The brand will focus on five concepts: to live organic, support organic, think organic, eat organic and choose organic. These concepts reflect our intention to promote good environmental practices, social responsibility, the need to take care of one’s health through conscious eating and, finally, identifying where you can find these products. Over the course of 2022 the range of Organic Mountain products to be sold in Colombia will increase, giving all Colombian consumers more organic and sustainable options. The brand will be for sale in nationally recognized supermarkets guaranteeing easy access for consumers across the country.
