With its
new state-of-the-art vegetable oil refinery in Melbourne,
DAABON Organic
Australia (DOA), has the capacity to significantly reduce
the levels of
contaminants in vegetable oils.
y working
closely with farming communities in different agricultural
programs, and
building on its integrated supply chain network, DOA is capable
of sourcing the
best crude oils from across the globe. Having access to these
high-quality oils
and processing them in our Melbourne refinery with cutting-edge
refining
technology, allows us to achieve significantly low levels of
contaminants such
as 3MCPD, GE and MOSH/MOAH.
Infant milk
formulas have some of the strictest requirements in food
standards. DOA has been
delivering oil blends to this industry for over 20 years and
works closely with
new product development teams in order to achieve innovative
solutions in fatty
acid profiles and lipid structures. Even though low contaminant
requirements
have long been significant for the infant milk formula industry,
they are also
becoming relevant to a broader spectrum of manufacturing
companies in the food
industry.
DOA has a
specialized team that works with our customers in the
development of customized
vegetable oil solutions by considering their expected targets
for contaminants and other key parameters for
single oils and oil blends. DAABON’s delivery flexibility
enables us to offer
small batches and different packaging presentations; a key
factor during
trials.
By
achieving the lowest levels of contaminants in the Australian
market, DOA
ensures its position as the best integral high quality vegetable
oil provider
for the food & nutrition industrys part of ongoing marketing
