At DAABON Group, the Executive Vice Presidency has championed comprehensive management of the pandemic. A COVID-19 Task Force was created and put in charge of monitoring the physical and mental health of all employees, promoting individual and family well-being, involving the daily completion of a survey that seeks to identify symptoms associated with COVID-19. This has allowed effective early actions to be taken, especially for the protection of the vulnerable population who suffer from respiratory deficiency, resulting in efficient preventative measures.

The permanent and ongoing activities of the Crisis Committee makes it possible to foment teamwork and passion for what is being developed, strengthening ties and interconnecting the areas of Physical Security, General Services, OSH, DH, Employee Wellbeing, Communications and Legal, among others. Biosafety protocols are updated regularly given the changing needs that have occurred in the face of the increased spread of the invisible enemy that surrounds us. Restrictions prevail, physical distancing continues and the emphasis on hand washing is more important than ever. Joint efforts have guaranteed the proper use of masks that cover the nose and mouth and, lastly, reaching mass (more than 95%) vaccination of workers and their families. These actions result directly in preserving life.

We grow by strengthening the Culture of Care, the sense of urgency and coping with situations dynamically and prospectively. The motto "I take care of myself, I take care of you, we take care of ourselves" reflects the fact that the commitment belongs to us all to protect the economic development of the region, ensure food security and promote the development of our country.
