Staying true to the pillars of success of the DAABON Group, Elogia Soluciones Logisticas S.A.S. has now become Elogia, Logistical Solutions, a transport company that puts emphasis on ecology, logistics and technology. This focus allows the company to meet international standards such as the reduction of GHG emissions and efficiency in distribution via advanced software integration of its fleet. This move was made in response to the growing demand in the movement of goods across Colombia, whilst simultaneously meeting sustainability goals. The copany will focus on a comprehensive service that provides confidence, reliability and safety to customers by integrating tracking technology and driver safety surveillance.
Elogia has a fleet of 170 trucks, of which 50 are CNG fuelled, making it the largest fleet of its kind in Colombia. The transformation of DAABON’s fleet and logistics company represents both a promise and a commitment to our customers, the planet and future generations. Furthermore, Elogia seeks to encourage a new business culture balancing sustainability and environmental commitment with competitiveness and making proper use of natural resources. We will continue to seek further emission reductions and faster and more efficienct delivery methods as we continue our overhaul of the traditional business model of moving goods from point A to point B.
