The Grupo Daabon is aware that it should make necessary investments to meet its corporate and economic purpose, which in turn becomes an action of a high degree of responsibility and an effort that must respond to principles and ethic values that have been mentioned in the Code of Ethics.

COMMITMENTS BEFORE THE GOVERNMENT

Any activity or operation conducted by us shall comply with the applicable in force regulation of the country in which it is carried out. Likewise, all the shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers and/or contractors are responsible for complying with the rules.

COMMITMENT AGAINST CORRUPTION AND MONEY LAUNDERING

The Grupo Daabon is against any type of illegal activity that infringes the law, among which we have corruption and money laundering, hence we have included in our codes of ethics several guidelines, which objective is to carry out our operations in a transparent and honest manner. Consequently, if any of the companies detects any infringement of any provision, it will conduct the corresponding investigations as to adopt the necessary disciplinary and legal measures.
