Organic Mountain Freeze Dried - Instant Coffee uses only the highest quality organic coffee beans grown by the Daabon Group in the Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta. We do not produce blended varieties, ensuring you enjoy a cup of the highest quality straight Colombian Coffee. Daabon controls each step of the process, from the coffee seed selection, through processing and until reaching the customer's warehouse, which guarantees there is no possibility of contamination. Freeze Dried Process

The most relevant steps in the production process at FNC's state of the art factory are:
- The liquid coffee extract is frozen until its total solidification.
- The frozen paste is milled to facilitate drying and give the final presentation to the product.
- The product is submitted to vacuuming conditions and heat, which make the ice crystals to sublimate directly in steam form, which in turn dehydrates the coffee.

The final result is a highly soluble coffee that preserves all its aromatic properties and great taste.

Uses and Packing

Given the high quality, unique taste and safety of our product, our customers may choose from several ways of enjoying Organic Mountain coffee: served hot with or without milk and / or sugar, served as ice coffee or ice cafe au lait and as a raw material for the production of delicious bakery and confectionary products. This product comes available in our traditional 100g & 50g jars, 1kg food industry pack, 25kg food industry pack or in specific packaging requirements each of our customers may have.
