To achieve this goal, we cover the four principles on a quarterly basis, reaching our employees from La Guajira to our international offices. We consolidate these principles in Respect (Respect) within the framework of our differences, the Integration (Integration) of the various commercial activities that we carry out, the Sustainability (Sustainability) that characterizes us globally and the Love (Love) for Work that we carry out every day as fundamental pieces in the scaffolding of the Daabon family.
Various activities were held each quarter. In the first quarter, which covered the principle of respect, employees chose one person among themselves to be responsible for enforcing corporate principles in all workplaces, along with the creation of billboards and the Don and Doña elections. RISA, where the principle was strengthened.
In the second quarter we focused on the principle of integration. As in the first quarter, billboards were created, the Don and Doña RISA elections were held, and a teamwork activity was added with the managers of the group companies.
In the third quarter, the principle of sustainability was developed by supporting environmental activities such as beach cleaning, waste collection and work in ecological gardens within the centers.
And finally, in the fourth quarter we focus on the fourth principle, which is Love for what we do. In the spirit of the season, we hold nativity pageants in the month of December. Thanks to the good reception they received, we will be strengthening these activities in 2019 by disseminating RISA to other entities of our Group.
