The sugarcane is processed with no chemical fertilizers or pesticides, strictly following organic agricultural practices. The process is carried out without the use of artificial additives or preservatives and we strive to minimize processing in order to preserve the original flavor of the sugarcane. Please note that all our organic sugar is Non Refined.
